Our Year 2/3 pupils have been busy weather experts as they dove into their new Weather topic through Activity Based Learning!
The children have been been hard at work building shelters designed to protect against various types of weather - testing their engineering skills and understanding of materials.
Our budding meteorologists have taken on the role of weather forecasters, presenting their predictions with confidence and enthusiasm. They've also been creative artists, crafting beautiful cloud pictures that showcase their learning about different cloud types and formations.
The learning has been brought to life through engaging games like weather bingo, helping pupils consolidate their knowledge in a fun, interactive way. Using our loose parts materials, the children have created imaginative weather scenes and pictures, demonstrating their understanding through creative expression.
Year 2/3 have great enthusiasm for this topic, learning through play and exploration while developing their understanding of the world around them.
