This week in P1 we have been learning the sounds d, m and g. We have written them on mirrors, sand, glass, the ground, in glitter and with metallic pens. We have made sight words from dough and sorted words in a Venn and Carroll Diagrams.
Our focus number has been 4 and we have written 4 on the floor, made a four that can roar and used numicon to remind us of all the numbers we have been learning so far.
In play based learning we have been working in our pumpkin patch, washing the babies, enjoying sensory play and perfecting our fine motor skills.
