P2 Are Off to a Flying Start!
What a fantastic start to the year for our amazing P2 class.
We became doubling experts in our very first week back! Our number skills are already looking very impressive, and we're getting better and better at adding and telling the time. There's no stopping us now!
Phonics has been full of exciting discoveries too. We've been learning some new rules, including how 'y' can say 'ee' at the end of a word. And what better way to practise than with a little bit of silly string? Let's just say there were plenty of giggles as we let loose with the sticky stuff!
We've also been out and about on a real adventure to Larne Port. The highlight? Jumping on a bus that whizzed us right around the whole port!
But, despite all our exciting learning and adventures, there's still one thing that tops them all. Forest School! Whether we're exploring, discovering or simply enjoying being outdoors, it's always a firm favourite.
What a brilliant start to P2! We wonder what adventures are waiting for us next!
